Naturphos NPK 8-10-5 is something of a rarity among liquid fertilisers as it has a higher phosphorus level.  

This can be a great help during the winter months when phosphates often do not cycle well in the soil, this is evidenced by purpling of the leaves, especially obvious in clover and dock. The use of a liquid fertiliser in autumn with a high potassium liquid in pasture or any crop that can be impacted by reduced phospahte availability is an ideal way to deliver the nutrients directly via the leaf.

The use of Naturphos 8-10-5 on deciduous trees and plants in the autumn can help pre-charge the plant for spring growth and help in the development of strong new growth in the spring. Even after senescence the plants are able to take in nutrient via the protein channels that are on every surface of every plant.  The addition of EM Soil and Crop to this application may be beneficial in reducing the likelihood of frost damage which can help in reducing populations of non beneficial , disease causing organisms, can be impacted by the presence of beneficial organisms whose role it is, to increase plant immunity.

Naturphos 8-10-05 is supplied in a base of Maritime Premium Kelp and has added trace elements.

Used as a stand alone product or as Naturphos Autumn Pasture Blend, the additional phosphorous can significantly improve performance and help plants cope with the stresses of winter.
